Our community is one of a kind and we want you to be a part of it! We offer class workouts throughout the week as well as personal training by appointment only.

Personal Training

We offer personal training by appointment only. Maybe you need a boost and want 1 on 1 training before working out in a class setting. We want to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals, if you want to start with personal training let’s set up a no sweat consultation!

Class workouts

Our community is truly one of a kind. We put U in the middle of our community because YOU make the team atmosphere & spirit possible. We offer class workouts so we can create a fun atmosphere and help you build great relationships to hold you accountable to your life goals and dreams.

Monday-Friday: 5:00am 6:00am 8:15am 9:15am and  5:15pm 6:15pm*

*No 6:15 class on Friday’s, instead Join us at 4:15 or 5:15 for our evening classes.

Saturday: 7:00am 8:00am 9:00am

Sunday: CLOSED
